Media Management

Karl led the UNCSA Dance Social Media Team for over two years, generating more than 25 million views across three platforms in collaboration with UNCSA Strategic Communications.

Pilates certification document

Pilates and Teaching

Karl is an active Pilates instructor certified in Pilates Mat Levels I-III and served on faculty at Oregon Ballet Theatre School from 2024 to 2026.

Karl is a certified Racial Equity Consciousness Facilitator through the University of Pittsburgh RECI Institute.

Arts and Organizations

As an ALM candidate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology through Harvard University Extension School, Karl is interested in how dancers are motivated, how teams function, and how arts organizations can build more sustainable working environments.

Drawing on his experience as a performer, educator, and culture committee representative, he hopes to support institutions in becoming more resilient, relevant, and humane.
